Shakti Patch is a solvent free, bonding agent, based on selected epoxy resins. After application to old concrete surfaces, it provides a perfect bond to new concrete.
It provides a bond of far greater strength than the tensile strength of the concrete itself. Therefore, it is suitable for use wherever structural bonding of new concrete to existing one is carried out. It can also be used as a bonding agent on concrete, mortar, steel, iron etc.It has a super strength bonding adhesive; easy to mix & apply; solvent free; tensile strength.

Defect like cracks, pop out the surface roughing & imperfections are the results of above and poor workmanship. The surface roughing and pop outs can be repaired using SHAKTI RANPATCH PRIMER & SHAKTI RANPATCH REPAIR COMPOUND. It is two componenet system consisting of Base( Component A) filled specially graded and selected aggregates and HArdener ( Component B).

RanFlow - 848 is formulated for easy installation, with good flow characteristics suitable for pouring or pumping, low dust generation and soap and water cleanup.
The product is ideal for sitautions where:
1. Gaps below baseplates are narrow and/or where the baseplates are large.2. Machine baseplates can attain high temperatures in service. e.g. heavy duty compressors in petrochemical industries.3. Machines exert high vibratory/tensile loads on foundations. e.g. ball mills in the steel industry.4. The grout bed is likely to be exposed to spillage of aggressive chemicals.e.g. grout beds below machines in chemical industries.5. Machines have to be commissioned quickly. e.g. production machines taken out for maintenance.
