Shakti Patch is a solvent free, bonding agent, based on selected epoxy resins. After application to old concrete surfaces, it provides a perfect bond to new concrete.
It provides a bond of far greater strength than the tensile strength of the concrete itself. Therefore, it is suitable for use wherever structural bonding of new concrete to existing one is carried out. It can also be used as a bonding agent on concrete, mortar, steel, iron etc.It has a super strength bonding adhesive; easy to mix & apply; solvent free; tensile strength.

It is Non skid monolithic polymerised floor top composition for use on coach flooring.Non skid monolithic self level solvent free floor top composition shall consists of base and adduct composition as coating on sub floors so as to confirm to the requirements.
Concrete floor shall be of uniform surface and shall conatin no bubbles and blisters. is shall be substantially free from pin holes, grease or streaks and shall be reasonably free from foreign matter.
Procedure for laying polymerised floor top composition in lavatory, door way and gang way of coaches.
1. The floor surface shall be comreg. it should be cleaned thoroughly before laying this compound, The floor shall be free from dust, oil and grease.

Industrial Floors & runways are prone to continous stress due to expansion & coontraction and also due to traficing of various type of vehicles. Defects like cracks, pop out the surface roughening and pop outs can be repaired using Rangpatch EP Primer & Rangpatch Repair Compound avoiding relaying of flooring which is time consuming & costly. Repair by ordinary cement is not possible since new cement matrices do no have good adhesion with the old RCC/cement materices.

The surface roughing and pop outs can be repaired using SHAKTI RANPATCH PRIMER & SHAKTI RANPATCH REPAIR COMPOUND. It is two componenet system consisting of Base( Component A) filled specially graded and selected aggregates and HArdener ( Component B).
